External LinkA demonstrator combining a software pipeline to process radiology images and the visualisation capabilities in cBioPortal was created. This work enables interoperability of multiple data types relevant to cancer and allows cancer researchers to intuitively access genetic and clinical information in combination with medical images in the same tool.
