AGRF is a non-profit organisation providing sequencing services. The AGRF bioinformatics team provides all types of bioinformatics analyses for genomics sequencing data.

A collection of workflows related to air quality predictions, with a focus on the UK.

The principle models used are WRF and EMEP.

The members of the Applied Computational Biology group at the Institute of Experimental Genetics (IEG) at the Helmholtz Zentrum München (HMGU) cover a wide range of scientific disciplines, all possessing deep IT knowledge and experience and a strong command of the IT toolbox. As a team, we work at the interface between biology and applied computer sciences in our institute as well as in external collaborations.

Team of contributors working on the ARA (Automated Record Analysis) pipeline.ARA is an automatic pipeline for exploration of SRA datasets with sequences as a query.

Dr. Ferhat Ay and his lab are currently located at the La Jolla Institute of Immunology. Our lab focuses on the study of the 3D genome including the development of statistical tools to better interrogate functions and associations between the 3D genome and other biological factors.
