Flashlite-Trinity contains two workflows that run Trinity on the University of Queensland's HPC, Flashlite. Trinity performs de novo transcriptome assembly of RNA-seq data by combining three independent software modules Inchworm, Chrysalis and Butterfly to process RNA-seq reads.
